The Market + The Problem

The AI video generation market is commoditizing (VEO 3.1, Sora 2, Kling 2.5, Runway Gen-4). None can reliably hold character identity across a full episode. Moose Rider Saga is the thesis that a cinematic franchise can be produced end-to-end by AI — but only after the VIR-EL Dominator engine (RULE 46/59/60/62) solves the three failures every current engine has: character drift, creature consistency, and anatomy errors.

Why It's Different

Every current video AI is a pretty demo with a 1-2 second drift. Moose Rider requires a full cinematic episode with zero drift. Solving that is a moat — because the solution architecture (external adjudicator agents) doesn't fit inside a monolithic diffusion model and would take competitors a full re-architecture to copy.
